Dress code for industrial training

Dress code for industrial training.

For male:

●top -> such as dress shirts, button down tops, and collared shirt are acceptable as long as they look formal and professional.

●bottom -> slack pants, khakis pants.

●shoes -> must cover the whole feet.

For female:

●top -> blouses such as dress shirts, button down tops, and collared shirt are acceptable as long as they look formal and professional.

●bottom -> plain slack pants, plain khakis pants, plain and soft coloured skirt.

●options: baju kurung.

●shoes -> must cover the whole feet.

The main idea is to wear presentable attire that enable to join sudden formal meeting if needed.

Plus to prepare trainee to be practise and be prepared for actual working environment once graduated.

Manpower supply from us for instrumentation works at site in Pasir Gudang

We have been supplying manpower for company DSEC Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. located in Pasir Gudang since January 2017 until present.
Beginning with only 11 people in January 2017, the number of supplied manpower has been increased to 14 people in April 2017.
Such as Fitter and Foreman for Piping (structural, welding), and Instrumentation (hook up tubing, loop test, termination and cable tray).

Kerja amal untuk bakal pelabur dan pembeli rumah

Ini berdasarkan dari pengalaman jumpa orang yang menyesal terlepas peluang untuk menambah pelaburan.

Ini bukan kali pertama jumpa orang sebegini. Dan kami jumpa lagi kes yang sama ketika berurusan petang tadi.

Apa yang kami nampak:
- Ada yang menyesal sebab belum ada rumah. Masih tetap menyewa walaupun telah bersara, kematian suami tetapi masih menyewa rumah
- Ada yang menyesal sebab terlepas peluang naik taraf ke rumah yang lebih selesa dan selamat = kawasan gated guarded
- Ada yang menyesal sebab terlepas peluang persediaan bersara. Dah bersara dan sibuk nak buat rumah di tanah kampung. Walhal masa kerja, duduk di kawasan bandar

Kami mempunyai masa yang terhad: Sibuk dengan perniagaan, dan urusan seharian. Tetapi kami menyedari ramai mengalami masalah di atas. Jadi kami bercadang untuk membuat kerja amal dengan menganjurkan kursus pendek dengan yuran yang minima.

Fokus pengajaran adalah:
1) Membina pelan strategik (Strategic Planning) pelaburan
2) Teknik memohon pinjaman

Bagi siapa yang berminat, boleh membuat bayaran dahulu sebab tempat kursus sangat terhad (maksimum 20 peserta) atau boleh juga bayar semasa di hari kursus.


Dengan perancangan yang bijak dan teknik yang betul, tidak mustahil untuk anda membeli rumah seperti ini:
